Alexander`s Pancake House in Stickney

Perfect place to have breakfast with family and friends, good customer service and a varied menu selection. We've been coming to this place for years, and keep coming back for coffeee and our favorite meals. They remodeled the interior accomodations and created the perfect atmosphere for a quick coffee break or a relaxed lunch break.

From the moment you enter this place team give you a good feeling. Very warm hosts, it is a kind restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. very good cooking, specialist chef de cuisine, reasonable price and generous service. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to go with friends and family, service is amazing. Only issue I see is the popularity, this place is almost always full. Might be time to upgrade to a bigger location.

A local landmark. Or at least it should be as it has been here forever and it is a great sit down style restaurant. Stop it. Give it a try. You cannot go wrong.

My favorite breakfast place!!! If you live in the area, you gotta go. Literally everything is delicious! No bad dishes here. Decor is extremely warm and homey and inviting. The restaurant is also very clean. Perks of not being a big corporate chain, they really care about their local customers and their reputation.

Alexander's is my weekly destination for breakfast. Portions are plentiful, quality is high and consistent. I've been coming for years and the owner and waitresses make me feel like part of the family. I recently went on a strict diet and thought I'd have to say goodbye to my favorite restaurant, but they have diet-friendly options as well. Crowded on weekends but well worth the short wait!

We have been coming here for a few years now. We missed them this summer due to the place getting remodeled. Have to say the place looks great. It's a whole new look, but still getting the welcoming smile when you show up. Now let's talk about the food. We have tried different dishes and have to say they have different plates for all people. If your on a low carb, low fat, or just want to indulge yourself in a plate of pancakes this is the place. The best dish for me would be the skirt steak with eggs, which I have included in the pic below. I also have included another one of my favorites, which is egg white omelet with avocado, spinach, chicken breast with feta cheese. Their prices are not bad compared to other breakfast restaurants we have been to.

Wait staff is knowledgeable, proactive and friendly - their recommendations ensure satisfaction. The foods were nicely flavored! We’ll visit again!

Nice, clean place serving the standard Chicago Greek All-Day Breakfast menu. Omelettes and skillets, club sandwiches, etc. Fast, friendly service. Nicer than your average local.

First time at Alexander's for my wife and me. We were in area at breakfast time and decided to try it. Excellent food and service! Bacon was done just right, coffee was good and bottomless, and pecan waffle was delicious. We'll be back!

I go there nearly once a week with my wife. Great omelets and Skillets. See many of the same people returning for breakfast or lunch. Definitely must try if you've not been here.

Have never had a good breakfast here. Pancakes grainy, breakfast sandwiches slapped together, Mexican skilletnothing Mexican about it at all (what few no taste peppers, call it Mexican, no chorizo, think menu claims has chorizo), then to make it all 'better' every skillet slathered with some yellow cheese. I live steps away so been here many times.

This place has a bustling business. They give you a number as you walk in the door then you wait for a table to become available for your size party. It's not so busy that they rush you through though. The food is good for the price, portions are decent and they do allow substitutions. For a party of two we only waited a few minutes, the service was good. A hidden gem.

Always great a quick service. And the food is always fresh and tastes great. Our favorite place to go eat breakfast
